What kind of need this solves

Staff Leasing answers a short, clearly bounded need for extra hands: a one-off project, a seasonal peak, covering staff who are on vacation or sick leave. Unlike an ongoing engagement, both the start and end date are known in advance — and that clarity around timing is exactly what separates leasing from Staff Outsourcing or Staff Outstaffing.

Who's responsible for the people

For the entire leasing period, workers formally remain on the contractor's payroll — which means employment paperwork, tax and social contributions, and HR recordkeeping never become your company's problem. You get working hands on-site and direct control over the tasks they perform, while the administrative side stays on our end, freeing you to focus on the project rather than the paperwork behind it.

How the length of the lease is decided

There's no fixed minimum term as such — the length is driven by the nature of the task. Covering one employee for a two-week sick leave and reinforcing a warehouse for a month before a sale require different planning, but both fit comfortably within the leasing model. We work out the specific timeline at the request stage and build the deployment schedule around it, including what happens if the project runs longer than originally expected.

What happens if someone isn't the right fit

If a person deployed to a project isn't working out, we replace them — that's part of the service, not something you need to negotiate separately after the fact. Quality control like this matters most on short projects, where there's no time for a lengthy adaptation period with a new person, and every day of the lease still counts toward the project's deadline.

Moving to ongoing cooperation

A project that starts as a one-time lease often turns into an ongoing staffing need. When that happens, we work out the terms for switching to a different model in advance — for example, Staff Outsourcing for a permanent site, or Mass Recruitment if the goal shifts from temporary coverage to expanding your own headcount. There's no penalty for changing course partway through — the transition is simply a new conversation about what the site needs next.

Seasonal and agricultural projects

A particularly common leasing scenario is seasonal demand in the agricultural sector, where crew size spikes sharply during harvest and drops just as sharply once it's over. For more on that specific use case, see Agro Staff Outsourcing.
